Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 5 working days from the date of your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email. Please be aware that delivery times may be affected by factors such as national holidays, labor strikes, natural disasters, and unforeseen courier delays. Rest assured, we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout when you place your order. The total cost will be clearly displayed for your convenience.

Personal Pickup Option

For a more sustainable and convenient option, we offer personal pickup at our studio. You can collect your order on Saturdays between 12:00 and 17:00. If this time is not suitable for you, please send us an email to arrange an alternative pickup time.

Return Policy

Returns

You can return all orders within 14 days after delivery. Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and shipping costs are non-refundable. The returned item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
To initiate a return, please send an email to hello@klangnapha.com, including your order number to notify us about the return. Due to the fragile nature of our products, use similar packaging as the original delivery. Ensure your return is trackable and properly insured. We cannot be held responsible for uninsured or untrackable return parcels.

Upon receiving the returned package, we will inspect the goods. You will then receive a confirmation email and a refund in store credit.

Damaged Item

If you receive a damaged item, please send us an email with detailed pictures and a description of the issue, along with your ORDER NUMBER (found in the order confirmation email). We will refund the shipping costs of the return. Make sure to return the package with delivery confirmation, tracking, and appropriate insurance. We are not liable for lost return parcels that are not insured or trackable.

After we receive the item and review the issue, we will send a confirmation and process a full refund within 5 working days, or if you prefer, we can replace the item with a new one based on your preference.

Note: Please be aware that all our products are hand-made, so minor spots, marks, and color variations may be visible. A damaged product includes clear cracks or broken items upon arrival.

All orders are subject to availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved. You may make an Advance Payment for certain items to ensure priority. We'll only take Advance Purchase orders for scheduled stock deliveries. If a product becomes unavailable, we'll notify you and refund the Advance Payment.

Pricing Policy

Prices on the website are in Euros and remain valid as advertised. The price at the time of order acceptance will be honored, except in cases of patent error.

Acceptance of your Order

Upon placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. The contract is concluded when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may refuse orders for various reasons, such as payment authorization issues or product unavailability.
